Insurance & Fees


We currently accept Cigna and Vermont Green Mountain Care/ Medicaid. We are continually in the process of joining other insurance companies.  We also work on a sliding fee scale.

Before setting up an appointment, we will verify your specific insurance benefits and discuss them with you. Patients with in-network benefits are responsible for any portion of their bill that is not covered by their co-pay or co-insurance, including any deductible.

Clients who are not covered by insurance can pay out of pocket. Our sliding scale rates are determined by a combination of adjusted income and financial circumstances.

Completely free and confidential services provided to Law enforcement, Fire Fighters, EMT’s, and Veterans.

Insurance will not be billed.

Cancellation Policy

Instead of canceling for the week all together, please sign into the Client Portal and find a different appointment time that works for you. If a time isn’t listed online, email us with your availability and we will find another time to meet. If you reschedule for the week, there will not be a cancellation fee.

If you do need to cancel, we ask that you please do so with 24 hours notice, or at least before the end of the day prior to our scheduled time. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session, excluding serious medical reasons and other circumstances outside of your control.
