Women’s 101 Group 2021

Beginning Friday, February 12, 2021 from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm and continuing for 9 more consecutive Friday’s
A New Day Counseling, LLC is offering a Closed, 10 week support group for women
Do you find yourself with little time for self-care and support?   Are you finding it difficult to develop social supports due to COVID, family, children, and work?
Would you benefit from setting some goals for yourself, developing healthy and effective communication skills, increasing self-care and stress management
skills while identifying and building on your strengths?
Our Women’s 101 Group meets only for an hour every Friday for 10 weeks.  The group begins together and ends together after 10 meetings.
A commitment to attend all groups is important.  This is an in-person group only.  Room for 6 women plus group leader.  Sanitizing, maintaining 6 feet distance, and wearing a mask if you so decide, are a few ways we are protecting our staff and clientele.  This group is free and open to women in Rutland County, VT.
Take an hour out of your week to reconnect with yourself, find encouragement and support, and learn new skills!  You are worth it!
